Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

• Sending communications related to the booked stay — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b))
• Tax and accounting obligations — compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c))
• Security and technical operation of the website (server logs) — legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f))

Providing your data through the contact form is optional: failure to provide it makes it impossible to respond to your request, but does not affect your browsing of the website in any way.

Third-Party Services and Non-EU Transfers

To operate the website we rely on the following external providers:

• Vercel Inc. (vercel.com) — hosting provider: the website is hosted on Vercel's servers, which process technical browsing logs as data processor
• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — handles the delivery of messages from the contact form: the data entered in the form passes through FormSubmit's servers and is forwarded to our email inbox

Both providers may process data on servers located outside the European Union (in particular in the United States). Such transfers take place in compliance with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, on the basis of the appropriate safeguards adopted by the providers (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission).

Fonts are hosted directly on this website: no data is transmitted to external services such as Google Fonts.

Data Retention

Personal data is retained for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and in compliance with legal obligations. Booking data is retained for 10 years for tax purposes. Technical browsing logs are retained by the hosting provider for short periods, according to their respective retention policies.
